1. Browse to https://apps.mvrbc.org
2. Select an application to launch, by left clicking the icon once.
3. This step will only need to be completed a single time.
a) Select the drop-down arrow from the downloaded application
b) Select “Always open files of this type”
4. Enter your password, select “Remember me”, hit OK
