1. 1. Close out of T21 Wizard
3. Double click on the “Training Item Name” of the Training that you are having issues accessing
4. Double Click on the "Filename/Link" of the training needed.
5. Training should then open correctly to be able to view the video.
6. Once the Training is complete go back in to the Training Wizard.
7. Go back to the Dashboard and choose Training from the File Menu and click on the Training Wizard Link
8. Go back to the training that you watched the Video for and click Sign for Viewing so the system is aware that you have veiwed the Training.
