BloodHub has identified the failure to play the audible notification as a browser setting within Chrome that is failing to let the audible notification autoplay.
Please perform the following steps:
Launch a Chrome browser window, navigate to the following address: https://mvrbc.bloodhub.com/
Click on padlock icon and choose Site Settings
Find Sound and change to Allow
Go back to BloodHub site and click Reload button
Please submit a ticket should users encounter any additional audible failure and note if this setting had been configured by the user or not.
