Open a web browser on your phone or a computer that has internet access.

 

Go to webmail.impactlife.org 

(If it automatically logs you in and pulls up your email, please go to your picture in the top right-hand corner and click sign out)

 

Click the "Can't access your account?" link.

 

Upon Clicking the Link choose “Work or school account”

 


 

 

Enter your work email and the security characters.

 

Choose a verification method.


 

 

Enter and confirm a new password.

Password complexity requirements can be found on page 4 of this document.

 

If the password requirements aren’t meant you will receive an error message. However, if the new password was successful, you will be taken back to the login page.

There is no message stating that it was successfully changed.

Password Complexity Requirements 

 

  • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters. 

 

  • Be at least 15 characters in length.

 

  • Be unique - not used for the past 10 previous passwords.

 

  • Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

 


Note: Passwords will expire after 90 days.  Reminders for password expiration are sent via e-mail to the user at 2 weeks, 1 week, 3 days, 2 days, and day of.
