Forward Desk Phone to Cell Phone/Different Phone

 

From Phone Itself:

  1. Press Options > Press down arrow to Call Forward and press enter key
  2. Choose Option 1-5 (1. All calls, 2. When phone is busy, 3. When no answer, 4. All Off (turn forwarding off) or 5. All On (forward everything no matter what))
  3. Press change and then press down to Cfwd Number and enter number that the phone will forward too.

 

From MXIE

  1. Go to File> Preferences > Call Handling
  2. Choose “New”
  3. Set parameters for the call forwarding you would like

 

 

  1. Press OK > Apply

 

 

If not at your machine or connected to network Call IT and then we can set the forwarding….

 

To forward Cell phone to alternate number 

  1. Dial *72 + number  from phone that is getting forwarded (ex: *72-563-359-5401)
  2. Hit call (phone will hang up after a few seconds)
  3. Calls are now forwarded to number in step one

To cancel call forward dial *720 from phone that is getting forwarded and press
