Opening a report generated from bexWISE Process.

  1.  Run the report desired from Process. (i.e. Hold Registered Report)


               



       2.  When the report is downloaded staff will see the option

          

              



       3. You may receive the following error when trying to open the .do file.


             


      4.   If the error occurs, you can go to your file explorer and open the downloads folder.


           



        5.   Right click on the .do file that you would like to open. Select Open With and choose Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and make sure the box for “Always use this app to                 open .do files” is unchecked.
