Change/Update Voicemail greeting within MXIE

 

  1. Open Voicemail within MXIE
  2. Click on voice mail settings

 

 

 

      3. Choose what voicemail you would like to change if multiple

      4. Record Name if needed

      5. Record Greeting (If there are multiple greetings and can choose what one is active)

      6. Delete any old or not needed greetings

      7. Auto attendant greeting is not needed
