Reset your PIN in T21 Web
- Open T21 Web and go to upper right hand corner and choose dropdown with your name and choose Settings
Select Change PIN button
If you do not know your current PIN Select the Forgot PIN option
Your username will auto populate and Hit Next
In a minute or two you will get an email sent to your work email with a confirmation code.
Enter the Confirmation Code here and choose Next

Enter and confirm your new PIN and choose Change (PIN can only be numbers and must be at least 4 characters long, and cannot be consecutive number like 1111 or 1234)
- Your PIN was successfully changed and now you can “Return Home” and sign off on your T21 Web training.
