1. Locate the printer you are trying to install on your desktop. 


2. Double click on the printer you want to install. The Windows Printer Installation should appear onto the desktop.


3. Once installed the printer this screen should appear on desktop. The name of the printer is circled in red.

4. Go ahead and print a document. Before you click print select a printer to print at.



5. Select the name of the printer from step 3.

6. Once selected make sure name is the same from step 3. Then hit print. Page should now print to location.

7. To set printer at default go to the task bar and search "Printers & Scanners"

8. Select the printer you want as default. If you want default printer that you installed the name should be from Step 3. Click on that printer and select 'Manage'.

9. Click 'Set as Default' on the printer. You may now close out of settings.
