1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the drop-down menu. 

2. Click on Settings. 

3. Click on 'Clear browsing data'

4. Select the Time Range to 'All Time'

5. Select 'Clear Now'

6. Open the application / Website that was having issues and log in now.
