1. Open Chrome and click on the drop-down menu.

2. Click on Settings.

3. On the Search settings type 'cache'

4. Select 'Delete browsing data'  

5. Select Time Range to 'All Time'

6. Select 'Delete Data' 


7. Open the application / Website that was having issues and log in now.
