There is a difference in Outlook between "Time Zone" and "Working Time Zone". Your Time Zone can be correct, but the Working Time Zone can be different, causing issues with scheduling appearing here:



This can be fixed by the user by going into Outlook on the Web

Click the Gear in the top right corner of the page and open the calendar menu. You should be prompted to change your meeting hours time zone to match your time zone.
