1. Log into portal https://nusosss1.control.nuso.cloud/bg/login.html?error=sessionExpired&redirectTo=%2Fbg%2Fmain.html%23%2Fusers%23department%3D

2. Click on Users on the left-hand menu and search for the user

               


3. Click on the blue dot with 3 dots and unlock the users account

              


4. Once account is unlocked click on the users account and click Account Settings in the lower corner of the screen and choose Change password

                     


5. Reset the password to Password1! And apply the changes
