1. Reboot the printer (will only need to be done once when network is lost)
  2. Once printer is powered up, Log into printer as 
    1. Username:   User
    2. Password:  1234

     


 3. Below message will appear press close 

      

 4. Staff will be able to make copies normally now logged in as user

5. Once network is back online printer will need to be rebooted again
